Nudnenko Lidiya Alekseyevna
Lidia Alekseevna Nudnenko was born on March 30, 1947, in Talmenka, Talmensky district of Altay Krai. In 1965 she graduated from school no. 31 in Barnaul and entered a Juridical Department at Tomsk State University. From 1972 to 1975 she underwent postgraduate studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1975 she defended her candidate dissertation. Deputy to the Supreme Soviet of USSR: Legal status (M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, 1975). She worked as an Associate Professor at Altay State University. In 2000 she started working as a senior scientific officer at the Chair of Constitutional and Municipal Law at MSU to write a doctoral dissertation on “Institutes of Direct Democracy in the System of Municipal Self-Administration: Problems of Theory and Practice”, which she defended at MSU in 2001. From 2002 to 2014 she worked as the head of the Chair of Constitutional Law at the Russian Academy of Justice.
