Professor Valentina Fedorovna Belova has been working at the Chair of German Studies and International Communication since 1973. She works on typology and pragmatics. V.F. Belova is involved in scientific work in a project group of the Russian Humanitarian Scientific Fund 2014 grant “Culturologic and Linguo-pragmatic Aspects of Parliament Communication in European Union Countries (Great Britain, Germany, France, and European Parliament)”. She published 136 works, including articles in HAC, and RSCI collected papers and works in foreign journals listed in Web of Science and ERIHPlus databases.

“Analytic Reading” academic aid received a mark from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and certificate of state registration no. 2015620446 of the Federal Service on Intellectual Property.

Monograph “Das lexikalisch-semantische Feld „Katastrophe“ im öffentlichen Internet-Diskurs” acquainted a certificate of state registration no.2018622012 of the Federal Service on Intellectual Property in 2018.

Professor V.F. Belova is a co-author of two collective monographs:

Professor V.F. Belova actively works on methodology; she supervises 5 educational projects within the scientific laboratory of the Chair. She is a chairwoman of the trade-union bureau of the department. She is awarded certificates for fruitful scientific and pedagogic activity, a medal for 100 years to Russian Trade-Unions, she is awarded pins of “Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation”, and “Honorary Worker of PSLU”.
